Code of Ethics

Physical Security Atlas exists to increase awareness and promote the reform of RFID credentials by exposing weaknesses in current implementation and use. Users are expected to abide by the following code of ethics:

• Do not clone a credential or tamper with a Physical Access Control System (PACS) that you do not have permission to.
• Do not tamper with PACS you rely on.
• The rules are subject to change as circumstances evolve.

Terms of Service

By using Physical Security Atlas (the "service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. The Terms govern your access to and use of the service. All data provided is retrieved from public sources and user submissions. Physical Security Atlas does not verify or evaluate each piece of data and makes no guarantees with respect to the information provided.

You may not use the Atlas database or any information obtained from it to engage in activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or to violate any privacy laws applicable to you or the person being searched.

Registration

By opening an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to the terms set forth in this User Agreement.

Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Physical Security Atlas disclaims any liability in connection with your use of the Atlas database, including any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, and any loss of business or profits.

Updates to the Policy

Physical Security Atlas may change this policy from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through our website.
